I regret joining GYM NATION. I went once in 4 months, nobody was there to guide for the machines. They never called me asked me or tried to motivate to go to gym. All they call for is money. They get your card details and then deduct monthly payment for one year. If you want to cancel you cannot because they trapped you in one year package. The condition to leave the gym js if you move 30km away, if you fly back. Got a message to win a chance by rating good in app store.

My me time place I call it, from workouts to classes, from friendly staff to professional trainers and the cleaners..everything is great about this place. My favourites are Zumba class by Christine, Yoga class by Ganapathi and yes definitely all those equipments that has helped me burnout 10kgs ...thanks to the trainers who guide if you ask for help and not to forget..the staff Clevon, Jennifer and Philip have always been patient enough to listen to me...the social distancing from what I have seen is adhered well and ladies room is always clean..they also started Taekwondo classes for kids and my son always looks forward to these classes. Thankyou Gymnation burdubai for being Home Sweat Home next to my Home sweet home... :)

Please avoid this gym at any cost, they do not tell all the correct details while signing up, once you want to cancel membership then its practically impossible, they told me if i relocate then my membership will be cancelled, once i approached them with new tenancy contract, they said it has to be outside 30km radius, then they auto renewed my membership and still deducting and threatening with legal actions and stuff. Their mindset is based on simply deceiving people and bind them with T&C which no body reads in current digital world.

The best gym in UAE. The staffs and the instructors are a top-notch. What I like the most is, as soon as you enter in the facility, you will be greeted with a quote that gets you pumped up and motivated to start your work out routine. Highly recommended for amateurs and experienced gym goers.

Dont be deceived by their competitive prices or spacious gyms or their new equipment and colorful designs. This Gym is only focusing on maximizing profits by getting new members to sign up. Once a member signed up for 12 month contract he or she is trapped within the Terms and Condition that maybe or maybe not legally binding - their staff do not explain the terms and conditions, they chase you to sign up without explaining these contractual obligations. And when you want to cancel the membership for any reason, they will force you to pay the remaining duration of the contract, and keep deducting from your credit card.In the event they are unable to deduct, they transfer the case to a collection agency which harasses you day and night and keep threatening you with Legal ActionsI have no issue wit the Gym itself, but the management is the worst and has the poorest customer service.Highly not recommended, pay little more and join Fitness First where there is peace of mind, great customer service and the most friendliest staff

The main points that were very highlighted in my experience there:- Very organized with friendly and professional staffs who are really taking care of gym members.- there is a wide variety of good-quality equipments.- the gym is well-sanitized and there is a good supply of sanitizers, spray, and generally the protocol has been followed during these times.- there is a parking validation system which allows cars to park for free up to 2 hours, which I personally find very convenient specially for people such as myself who use cars.Thank you to all the staff

Gymnation Bur Dubai offers one of the best services across the nation. The equipment is new and up to date and you will never have to wait for someone to finish due to having so many equipments ready. The working area is spacious. The receptionists are welcoming and warm people, very helpful and eager to help, specially Cindy and Jennifer.

I had an amazing experience. One of the most affordable gym memberships in the UAE but still with state of the art equipment. I also got a personaltrainer Stella who was amazing at helping me meet my goals. I love that the gym is open 24 hours which allows me to come in whenever it’s convenient for me. They observe social distancing and clean their equipment at all times. Very amazing service. They also have a healthy bar where I was able to grab snacks and smoothies before and after my workout. Amazing all round and will highly recommend.

Ive lived in Dubai for 9 years, and it is the best and most affordable gym Ive been to. My fitness levels have increased significantly since I joined, thanks to the ample floor space and variety of equipment that allow for a good quality and well-rounded workout. The place also has a nice, community feel to it. The staff are friendly and helpful (big-up Jennifer!), and they do a good job of keeping the equipment clean and organized. I highly recommend it if youre looking for a place to get fit and have fun while doing so.

I truly appreciate both the hard-working staff and the high-quality equipment in the gym. When I went there for the first time, the staff were very guiding and helped me get started without any previous experience. I also really like the covid pandemic response they have, as they allow for self sanitation and remind people to put their masks on in busy times. I’m sure there is still a lot to talk about, but I want to learn more about the perks of the gym.

The staff actually take the time to get to know you by name, always giving a warm welcome- even in the mornings when you need that motivation 👏👏👏 the equipment is very well maintained and sanitized by the staff regularly.I absolutely love the classes, the trainers actually care and ensure that you are getting the most out of every workout and will take the time to help you if they see you are struggling. Everything was great UNTIL I cancelled my 1 year subscription when I moved abroad! As per their terms and conditions I showed proof of my relocation and paid the last month’s fees. They confirmed that my cancellation is done and that it is confirmed.One month later, their system has charged me again on my debit card. I’ve been trying to reach their accounts team on Whatsapp and phone, they have stopped responding. Their proactive communication ends when you sign up and then you are trapped in their oppressive system.

Before you pay once cent in this Gym Gemination you should read the attached pictures carefully. . Don’t be idiot and lose your money in non professional place they don’t respect membership they keep double charging you every month. I love that this Gym have Private Ladies section. A lot of equipments is there and with a lot of different classes to choose from (With live instructor or Virtual) - my faves are Body Pump and Body Attack. They also have strict scheduling system following the covid precautions protocols. Staff members are also very professional and helpful. 5 star rating is very well deserved 👍🏻

I was told about this place by my friend. I went for trial twice and eventually took the membership. The equipments are very good and in surplus quantity. The staff are very professional and accommodating especially Tony and Jennifer. They always greet you well and show concern. The booking system for utilising the gym is a great idea to avoid crowds and hence helps in lowering the chances to get infected from other people whilst visiting the gym. They also monitor body temperatures to keep a tab on the health of the clients and take extra precautions in case required. I am happy to be here and would definitely suggest to my friends as well.

Don’t EVER deal with Gymnation. They are only good at collecting money, even when you don’t train at their gyms and don’t have a membership they “charge you by accident” and they never refund you back. I already filed a complaint on them to DM and Chamber of Commerce. AND NEVER PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD to them. They will use it and abuse it. Worst customer care service. WEBSITE REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE (done by marketing agency).

I had such a great experience here. I am not someone who uses the gym often and honestly I can sometimes be nervous to go but this was totally not the case at gymnation. I was greeted at the door by Jennifer who made me so comfortable and gave me a tour of the gym and the fantastic facilities on offer. I was so impressed with the equipment and cleanliness. I will definitely be back!

The worst customer service I had ever experienced.Poor courtesy in acknowledging and replying.It wont make sense they demand documents for cancellation which was not asked for starting a membership.A member should have the right to cancel the membership anytime since we are paying and not ethical to grab the money from account if the member dont wish to continue. I had requested number of times to cancel the membership because I couldnt able to reach due to my work schedule .First they agreed a letter from Hr for cancellation and later they demand for the tenancy contract/physical illness/visa cancellation certificate.

For anyone who likes classes, body combat / jump nation/ rpm/ sprint/ body pump you must try Abdo Lina’s class. She pushes you to the limit and makes it burn! You walk out feeling exhausted but amazing. She won’t let you quit no matter how hard it gets and motivates you to do the best YOU can do. The time flies by and the energy level is high the whole time so it keeps you moving. I would recommend her class to anyone who likes! GymNation is the best!!!!

Gymnation has a lot of hidden clauses. They classes they market on social media, are very difficult to book. One must book 48 hours before every class. And slots are always pre booked. Cancellation of membership is very very very very very difficult and borderline tacky. Please ask every possible question, double check before enrollment. My suggestion would be do not enroll only at the first place. I had a very poor experience with them. I am really disappointed with this organization.

I love the classes here, coaches are all very motivating and friendly especially the coach Lina. I really enjoy her classes, there always fun whilst having a great workout. Shes always very encouraging and this motivates me to continue coming to the classes. The gym has great facilities and timings of the classes are very suitable. Jennifer at the front desk is always very helpful and friendly.

If only they care more about their members and be flexible with the plans, then I can recommend this gym. Especially here in UAE, its hard to say if we will stay in that area for a long time, but then they dont consider that. They could have let the members pay for a 1 month penalty instead of not allowing them to cancel and just let them pay for 1 year gym even if they are not using the gym.

I visited the Gym and i found the location very accessible and easy to find. The staff are very friendly too which is the best. I scored it 3 stars and it could have been 5 stars however, one thing that I observed was the exhaust ventilation was a little concern with me as the scent was a little disturbing.

Separate workout room also available for ladies.Overall highly recommended. Please check the contract closely...they do not have an option to close membership before 12 months. Their Accounts is very disorganised. I got fleeced off for additional 2 months after closing 12 months membership. They also dishonest and cheated me by not providing the paid days back for the period they closed their branch during COVID lockdown. In my opinion, they have let success get to their head. No one in the top management bother to contact you in spite of many complaints through their team members.

Jennifer on reception welcomes you with a smile, the gym is spacious , clean and well organized. The booking app is easy to use and the “no booking no entry “ policy means the gym is never over crowded.
